Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SINRUIN. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. We’ll do our best to communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

SINRUIN currently ships within the United States only. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

SINRUIN does not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. SINRUIN is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you need to update an address, contact us at hello@sinruin.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email hello@sinruin.com with your order number and relevant details. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
